Italy, Japan, Kenya, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta,
Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru,
Portugal, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore,
South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago , UK, US, and
Venezuela.
